Wire drawing grade black masterbatch

CaiYu black masterbatch uses good quality resin as carrier, added with high quality imported carbon black. We produce perfect black masterbatch with high gloss, good mechanical properties, perfect dispersion, good compatibility for PE/PP/EVA/PVC/PA products and with little addition.

Our masterbatches are widely used for wire drawing, film blowing, injection molding, extrusion molding, pipe, sheet, and plate material production.

Fiber drawing grade black masterbatch used the high quality and strong tinting strength as the carbon black and additives. Its extruded by the High Speed Mixer and then pelletized. It makes the fiber drawing ductile, very good of the blackness and the brightness.
Senior fiber drawing masterbatch is for ultra-long and ultra-thin fiber drawing products coloring, such as fishing, non-woven fabrics, clothing fabrics. General fiber drawing masterbatch is for general, woven bags transport belt.

Product Introduction

Masterbatch is a solid additive for plastic used for coloring plastics (color masterbatch) or imparting other properties to plastics (additive masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to colour raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process.
