Pipe grade white flake masterbatch
White masterbatch is a color masterbatch for white plastics. It is composed of the imported Titanium Dioxide pigment, special resins carrier and the dispersant. White masterbatch is qualified for the drinking water requirement.
Our masterbatches are widely used for wire drawing, film blowing, injection molding, extrusion molding, pipe, sheet, and plate material production.
White masterbatch for pipe used the high concentration Titanium Dioxide pigment, and special resin as carrier. Its extruded by the High Speed Mixer and then air cooling pelletized. High concentration of Titanium Dioxide pigment is adaptable, easy to disperse, good compatibility suitable for most resins, and 45% of Titanium Dioxide pigment content with environmental friendly.

Product Introduction
Masterbatch is a solid additive for plastic used for coloring plastics (color masterbatch) or imparting other properties to plastics (additive masterbatch). Masterbatch is a concentrated mixture of pigments and/or additives encapsulated during a heat process into a carrier resin which is then cooled and cut into a granular shape. Masterbatch allows the processor to colour raw polymer economically during the plastics manufacturing process.
